To return an item, please follow these steps:

  5. Affix the return shipping label (if provided) to the package.
  6. Ship the package to the address provided on the return shipping label or in our response to your RMA request.

  • You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
  • We recommend that you keep a record of your return shipment, such as a tracking number.

Refunds

Exchanges
